What devices does ALLSTREAMS support?
Amazon Fire Stick, Fire TV, Android Phone, Android Media Box, Xbox One, PS4, PC, Samsung or LG TV, (Select Models), Nvidia Shield, all Formuler Devices, STB Emulator, Perfect Player, and any M3U player applications.
What is the ideal network speed needed?
We recommend a minimum 15+ Mbps connection speed to stream with minimal issues.
How do I get started with services?
After purchasing a service package, you will receive an email with installation instructions including your login credentials. Be sure to check spam folders if you do not see our email.
How long does it take for my account to be created?
Once you register, one of our admins will approve the account within 12 hours. Account credentials will be emailed immediately after your successful purchase.
Are there video tutorials?
Yes, once you have purchased a product from Kooltronix you will have access to our video tutorials.
Do I need a VPN?
No, a VPN is not required. Most customers don’t need a VPN, you may need one if your ISP is blocking you (UK Customers).
Does ALLSTREAMS have adult content?
